By means of its acquisition of the company Agila, a multinational company in the generic drug industry has also recently become the owner of the company Agila Jamp.
This acquisition in no way concerns JAMP Pharma’s activities in community pharmacies. JAMP Pharma continues to thrive and support activities in the retail sector. It is important that you know that you may continue to purchase products sold by Agila Jamp from JAMP Pharma by using new UPC and wholesaler codes(since the old ones will be used by the entity that concluded the acquisition transaction). You will receive information related to these changes shortly.
Please note that this situation is temporary, while we await new DIN numbers from Health Canada in order to proudly launch these products under the JAMP Pharma brand.
We invite you to contact your JAMP Pharma representative or JAMP Pharma Customer Service to speak to a member of our team who will take time to answer any questions you may have and, if needed, will gladly help you to replenish your inventory with the products you need by applying our new UPC codes.
JAMP Pharma continues to develop its range of injectable products. Within the next months, JAMP Pharma will start to launch new injectable products under the JAMP brand, such as JAMP-Cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg/ml and JAMP-Methotrexate 25 mg/ml.
As a proud Canadian generic pharmaceutical company, we remain solidly focused on Canadian pharmacists during this transition. We are proud to count you among our loyal customers and hope to have the honour of maintaining your valued trust and support.
